Salem 6 was started by a group of like minded firearm enthusiasts with expertise in commercial engineering software and advanced prototyping capabilities.

Our success comes from being industrial design professionals serving a variety of industries.  We've applied our experience in design, prototyping, and manufacturing to our own product line.

We utilize both internal and open innovation during our ideation sessions to come up with new products.  All new projects go through "Phase Gate", a project management technique, to ensure success.
